Does this list apply to residents of Kuwait?
No. This list applies only to holders of a Kuwaiti passport. A resident of Kuwait holding another nationality is subject to the rules of their own nationality, not the Kuwaiti passport.
Does the list differ by Kuwaiti passport type?
Yes. Special and diplomatic passports receive broader exemptions in several countries under bilateral agreements. Each country page shows the rule for all three types: ordinary, special and diplomatic.
