Holders of a Kuwaiti ordinary passport do not need a visa in advance to enter Turkey. The permitted stay is 90 days in any 180. The relevant authorities must be notified if staying more than 5 days – for ordinary passports. Ordinary and official passports are visa-exempt for up to 90 days within any 180. There is no 5-day notification requirement — that MFA-list note is obsolete.
